01

Blocked Drains & Drain Cleaning

Sinks, showers, toilets, stormwater and sewer lines. The blockage gets cleared, then a camera goes down to show what caused it, so you find out whether it was a one-off or a root-filled joint that will do it again next winter.

  • Sewer and stormwater lines cleared
  • Tree roots cut out and removed
  • CCTV drain camera inspection

My drain keeps blocking. Why?

Usually because the blockage was cleared but the cause was never found. In older Ballarat streets it is very often tree roots getting into a cracked or open joint in an earthenware line. A camera down the drain shows exactly what is going on, and from there you can decide between clearing it again each year or repairing the section for good.

Can you find a leak without pulling the house apart?

That is the goal. Locating equipment traces underground pipes and finds the problem area before anything gets opened up, so the repair is targeted instead of exploratory.

Is it worth repairing my hot water unit or replacing it?

It depends on the age of the unit and what has failed. Alex will look at it, explain what is wrong, tell you whether a part will genuinely fix it, and price both options so you can choose. No pressure toward the more expensive one.

Do you take card?

Yes. Credit cards are accepted, and you will always have the price agreed before the work starts.
